Do I need to visit your office in person?
Not necessarily. We can conduct initial consultations by phone or video call. However, certain matters — particularly statutory declarations that require affirming before a Commissioner for Oaths — will require a brief in-person visit.
Are there additional charges beyond the stated fees?
Our fees cover the scope described for each service. If your matter falls outside that scope or requires additional research, we will discuss any supplementary costs with you beforehand. Government filing or stamping fees, where applicable, are charged separately at cost.
